We make no representation or guarantee regarding trading results, profitability, accuracy of analysis, or continuous availability of the software. Past behaviour of markets or of any strategy is not indicative of future results.

• Submitting an application does not create a right to access
• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use this type of software
• Access may be suspended or withdrawn for breach of these terms

05Your responsibilities

We may modify these terms, or change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
